OK, imagine Christmas morning, and a cold Christmas morning at that, and one of your tenants has no heat and their furnace thermostat is saying a valve and they have no heat. Who do you call? We called E & E Plumbing and before I knew it (literally) the owner was at the house and determining the problem. Though it took the next day to remedy, I knew our tenants were not in a harmful situation. Thanks to John Rorrer and E & E Plumbing for being there - on Christmas morning! What more can you ask?

Very pleased with the service we received. Technician was courteous and professional, removed his shoes to walk on my carpet. Took pictures to explain the issues to me and seemed very knowledgeable in his field. He even had all the parts needed on hand so the problem was fixed the same day!
