Herbie: Plumber Technician / Residential & Commercial Properties

Herbie received his Master Plumbing license in 1999 and has been with E & E since 1993. Herbie is also certified as a Back-Flow Prevention Device Technician. He does residential and commercial repairs and installation in addition to assisting in the office when needed. Although always working, outside of E & E, Herbie enjoys hiking with his family, woodworking and riding his motorcycle.

Travis in Augusta County, VA | E & E Plumbing and Heating

Travis: Lead Plumber/Commercial Properties

Travis started with E & E in 2003. His primary job is commercial plumbing installation; however, he does assist with residential repairs. In Travis’ free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and being outdoors.

Chancy in Augusta County, VA | E & E Plumbing and Heating

Chancy: Lead Plumber / Commercial Properties

Chancy has over 8 years’ experience with E & E and over 11 years plumbing experience before returning to work with us in 2019. Since returning this year, he is our plumber for our commercial properties and assists with residential properties from time to time. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, and spending time at Smith Mountain Lake.

Stephen has been employed with E & E since 2004. During this time, he has accomplished many years of successful sales and services to our customers. Stephen is a Master Technician. In his spare time, he flies a drone and sells novelties on eBay.

Thad joined E & E in 2008. He works with residential HVAC repairs and replacements. He is a father of 4 and attends Calvary Baptist Church. In his spare time, Thad enjoys spending time with family.

Alex: HVAC Lead Installer Commercial & Residential

Alex joined E & E in 2013 and does installation of HVAC in our new construction contracts. Outside of work, Alex is a car buff, he enjoys Mustangs and muscle cars

Mason: Lead Service Tech

Mason started with E & E in 2018. He does our residential and commerical HVAC installations. Outside of E & E enjoys spending his time camping, fishing and working with welding.

Austin is Stephen’s Assistant.

Troy: Gas Technician / Residential & Commercial Properties

Troy has been with E & E since 2015. He handles all gas line installations, repairs and removals. Outside of E & E, he does many jobs and in his small amount of free time, he enjoys the company of his dog.

Markus: Duct Cleaning Technician / Residential & Commercial Properties

Markus joined E & E in 2016. He is our duct cleaning and sealing technician. He also is part of the residential remodel team. Outside of work he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Ben: Shop Supervisor

Ben first started with E & E in 2008. He is the shop supervisor for E & E. He wears many hats from making ducts, organizing all material for installations, stock, vehicles and all things in between. In his free time outside of the demand of E & E, he enjoys being a dad, paintball and playing outdoor sports.

Tyson: HVAC Supervisor

Tyson has been employed with E & E since 2005. He handles installation and repairs for our residential and commercial properties. In Tyson’s free time, he enjoys working on vehicles and playing paintball.

Kirk: Vice President of Operations

Kirk started with E & E in 1997. He is our Remodel Supervisor; He works closely with the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Technicians. When away from work, Kirk enjoys playing tennis, boating and going fishing.

Sherry: Service Department Manager

Sherry has been with E & E since 2003. She wears many hats to keep the service department straight and assisting in day to day operations of all aspects of the office. Her knowledge of all makes a smoother day for everyone. In Sherry’s free time she enjoys the beach, gardening, hitting the gym and time with family and friends.

Jenni: Payroll Administration/Property Manager

Jenni has been with E & E since 2012 and since then she manages our HR department, in addition to overseeing the property management for our PAD Rentals. Everyone appreciates Jenni and her work on getting us paid. In her free time, Jenny enjoys reading and keeping her two dogs, two cats and parakeet company.

Pipes in Augusta County, VA | E & E Plumbing and Heating

Pipes: Heaven’s Sweetest Kitty

Pipes was our special office kitty that was rescued from an injury. After several reconstructive surgeries and lots of TLC, we nursed him back to health and everyday gave us as much love as we all gave to him. Regretfully, we lost Pipes after a battle with cancer and he is missed every day.

Ravi: Office Entertainer

After months of a lonely office, we added Ravi to the office family. He is a loving kitty who keeps us entertained with his office help. He enjoys watching the office machines and typing letters from time to time on our desktops.

Julius is an extended part of our office security. He enjoys going to job sites and watching from a distance. He looks forward to visiting the office and getting lots of love and treats from the ladies in the office.
