At E & E Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical, we never want you to worry about your heating/ac needs. We offer financing on select purchases and services. Whether you need to finance all of your service or just part of it, we can help find a plan that is right for you.

We can help you get your account set up to purchase your equipment or repair. There are different options available at different rates.

We currently offer 0% for 18 months to qualified buyers.

Preventative Maintenance

E&E provides Preventative Maintenance for your home. Your visits will be scheduled by the office; you will be called a few days before your visits to set up a convenient time. 

Included In Services and Benefits 

Two visits per year to provide performance testing and servicing of the HVAC system including:

• Check heating and cooling system performance
• Verification of refrigerant charge of unit
• Check & clean fan motors
• Visual inspection of components
• Replacement of 1 inch air filter (s) during service visit.
• Promptly report any additional repairs needed
• Check and clean indoor and outdoor coil
• Your second visit will be scheduled approximately 6 months from the initial visit. See your agreement for dates.
• Humidifier plates, Special filters, UV Light servicing Parts, Leak check unit with refrigerant leak detector are additional if needed.
